Before diving into real estate, Cheryl dedicated two decades to crafting public programs and exhibits in history, cultural, and science museums. Her journey led her to Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry in 1995.
Transitioning to real estate in 2003, Cheryl honed her training expertise as a corporate sales trainer for a local firm. Seeking hands-on experience, she ventured into condo conversions, eventually rising to National Director of Training and Sales. Amidst market shifts, Cheryl returned to residential real estate, assuming the role of Director of Training and Sales at a boutique firm.
In 2013, Cheryl embarked on a new chapter with Keller Williams, serving as a productivity coach and spearheading technological advancements in the market center. Within two years, she transitioned to another market center, pioneering yet another successful productivity coaching program. Since then, Cheryl has pioneered an expansion model for productivity coaching, launching multiple coaching programs with a team of coaches. She now leads McD Squared, a personalized coaching and training company.
Armed with a Master's Degree in Human Performance & Training, Cheryl is attuned to the needs of adult learners. As a KWU Approved Trainer, she channels her passion for facilitation, relishing in creating avenues for personal growth.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Cheryl finds solace on the open road astride her motorcycle or delving into the depths of the ocean through scuba diving. She cherishes moments with her family and beloved furry companions, Izzy and Emma.
